I Hate the Gym

Workout: 45 mins elliptical (5miles/hills) and 2 rounds of core.

Back to work today. I have to say the last three weeks have been really awesome. I had a week off, and for the next three weeks it's only four day work week! Spin last night killed my legs!! I thought resting for two days would allow them enough time to recover from "Darkside 50K", apparently not. I agreed to go to spin with one of my lovely female running friends and man did I feel like a wimp next to her! The warm up kicked my butt... so sad. After a while my legs finally woke up but man was I beat. I only like two of our local "global gym" spin instructors. The one last night is my favorite. She says somethings that make me blush but she's super sweet and learns everyone name that comes to her class. She is extremely tan and well.. the ladies are rather large but she has a rocking body and is so much fun.  I def could not turn it up when she yelled at me last night, FAIL. Sometimes I would like to wear a sign that says "I just ran a lot of miles, leave me alone".  

I hate doing anything when it comes to getting fit inside, this includes working out, cardio, crossfit, everything. Well, to be honest I haven't taken CF but only because the people I see going there are a bunch of Dbags so I'll pass and keep to the streets.  Apart from being inside, I sweat more than a normal person should. I mean really, why am I always DRIPPING in sweat while cute girl next to me isn't even breathing hard... I think it's due to Latin hips and thick hair.. and extra pounds around my mid section.
I"m always fearful of the crotch sweat... which is why I'll always wear black bottoms to the gym and group runs. I can't be the only one this happens to... can I?

Tonight while pumping on the elliptical, this chick comes in front of me and starts to stretch like she's a getting ready to work the bar (in a dance studio).  I really wanted to tell her that Swan Princess auditions aren't held in global gym, but i figured that would be rude. Yes this is me hating, because as she effortlessly moved back and forth she also managed to french braid her hair, my dripage of sweat already began.  The guys in the local gym are also something of a amusement. I really think they tan more than anyone chick I know and feel the need to always wear tank tops with arm hair poking out..NASTY and NO THANK YOU.   
It's back to the road tomorrow, YAY! I always feel like I'm not making progress if I'm not running. I also feel like something is missing. I think it's because I'm usually in the office for 10 hours a day and it's my only time to be outside in the sun light! I'll go for a easy 4 miles just to get my body back into it and finish with 80 push ups. My latest thing has been doing 20 push ups for every mile I run (except for the long runs on Saturday). My arms are still sore from last week.
I have zero followers right now but that's ok. It's nice to be able to talk to Internet world about my dislike for the gym.
